At Gellers Cellar, LLC, we take great care to ensure that every wine and product we offer meets our quality standards. Because wine is a perishable product, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your wine arrives damaged, corked, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gellerscellar.com.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a credit for the purchase price.
